Newborn Clothing
Shopping for newborn clothing is one of the greatest pleasures of welcoming
a new baby into the world. With so many styles, prices, and materials available,
the new parent, grandparent, or well-meaning family member can easily waste money
on impractical or unnecessary clothing.
Ask any experienced mom, however, and she’ll tell you that there are
certain things that every baby needs. Make sure to stock up on the following
items to make sure that baby has everything he or she needs at home.
- Newborn Outfits - One piece newborn clothes pieces are great because
they can be worn alone on warm days at home or layered under other newborn clothing.
Plus, they are easy to launder, so spit up and other accidents won’t ruin
them. WebClothes.com has numerous affordable newborn outfits, so stocking up
won’t tax your
finances.
- Sleeping Gowns and Pajamas - Made like one piece newborn outfits,
but with long sleeves and a “sack” at
the bottom that usually closes with snaps or a gentle elastic, sleeping gowns
make midnight diaper changes easier. Pajamas (with long sleeves and enclosed
footsies) also are a great choice.
- Cloth Hats - Newborn babies don’t regulate body temperature
well. Cloth hats let little ones stay warm on cooler days or when sleeping. Choose
soft hats with minimal seams to ensure maximum comfort for your baby. Is it cold?
Buy five or so, as hats have a way of disappearing. If it’s summer, two
or three cloth hats should do. We have numerous styles and colors available for
you to choose from.
- Socks - Make sure to put snuggly socks on baby at bedtime (under
pajamas and sleeping gowns is okay) and when around the house to keep baby warm.
You can never buy too many socks, and our prices make buying the socks you need
affordable. Also, you’ll need “cute” socks to wear when showing
off cute baby booties and other newborn clothing.
- “Going Out” Clothes
- You can’t hide baby from
all admirers forever. Plan on buying at least three “going out” outfits
for public appearances.
- Baby Bath Set - Babies chill easily after baths.
Wrap yours in warmth with a terry baby bath set. Three or four should do, but
buy more if you have twins!
Whether you’re shopping for your own child—or someone else’s—buying
newborn clothing is one of the tender moments in our lives. At www.webclothes.com,
we are honored to bring you the best prices and highest quality your little one
deserves.
