WebClothes.com guarantees all of the merchandise we sell. Items may be returned (in original condition) for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping), or an online store credit or an exchange. Original condition means the item includes the manufacturer's tags, is free from soil and has not been worn or washed. An online store credit will be given for items returned without original tags. Please note: Clearance and Bargain Bin items (items marked down 40% or more) are considered final sales and are not returnable. Swimwear and underwear are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned. Packages returned from the shipper as being undeliverable (including but not limited to: incomplete address, incorrect address, no forwarding address, delivery refusal, inability to obtain a signature, unclaimed packages) will incur a return shipping charge. This charge will be deducted from the refund or credit of the merchandise total. Returns over $100 may also incur a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of WebClothes's Customer Service Department.
Write the reason for the return on the back of your packing slip, securely package the merchandise with the packing slip enclosed and address it to:

Please note: Return shipping will only be reimbursed if WebClothes.com customer service determines that WebClothes.com or the manufacturer is at fault. Returns can take up to two weeks to process from the time we receive it until the time you receive your exchange, refund or credit.
