Each department contains several size groups

Boys Department:

  • Newborn and Infant - 0 to 24 months
  • Toddler - sizes 2T to 4T
  • Little Boy - sizes 4 to 7X
  • Big Boy - Sizes 8 to 18

Girls Department:

  • Newborn and Infant - 0 to 24 months
  • Toddlers - sizes 2T to 4T

Coupons/Gift Certificates

To redeem Coupons, simply enter the Coupon Code on the Shipping Information screen during checkout. (Coupon Codes do not work if entered in the Gift Certificate section.) Coupons cannot be combined - only ONE Coupon can be used per order. Coupons have NO CASH VALUE.

Free shipping offers have a maximum discount of $30.00. Any shipping costs over $30.00 will be discounted by $30.00 and the customer will be charged the balance of the shipping charge.

To redeem Gift Certificates, simply enter the code on the Final Purchase Approval screen during checkout. (Gift Certificate codes do not work if entered in the Coupon Code section.) Gift Certificates may be used with a Coupon.

Regular sales found throughout the site and weekly specials found on the home page are subject to WebClothes.com's return policy. Items marked "CLEARANCE" or marked down 40% or more and items in the Bargain Bin are items that have been greatly reduced in price and are not returnable. All sales at 40% off or more, "CLEARANCE" items and sales from the Bargain Bin are final.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Placing an Order Over the Internet

Ordering from WebClothes.com is very simple. We will always tell you exactly what is happening and will give you plenty of opportunities to change your mind or cancel your order. Follow these easy steps to place your order:

  1. Select an item, highlight the size and/or color in the selection boxes and click on the "Add to Basket" button. This will add the item to your order and display the contents of your shopping basket.

  2. At your shopping basket click on one of the following buttons:
    • Keep Shopping - to continue browsing merchandise;
    • Gift-Wrapping - to select wrapping paper and write a personal message for your gift purchases
    • Proceed to Checkout - to select a shipping method and pay for your order
    • Remove Item - to change the quatity of an item in your basket. First enter the correct number in the QTY (quantity) box, then click on the "Update Basket" button;
    • Update Basket - to change the quanity of an item in your basket. First enter the correct number in the QTY (quantity) box, then click on the "Update Basket" button to remove a single item from your shopping basket.
    • Empty Basket - to remove all items from your shopping basket. Then select a size group or exit the site;
    • Place Order by Phone - to receive instructions to order by phone or fax, rather than over the internet

  3. After selecting your final item, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Enter the shipping information requested and click on the "Next" button;

  4. Review the Final Purchase Approval and enter the payment information. To place your order, click on the "Make Purchase" button. After a few seconds, a confirmation page- with your order number will be displayed. Please print this page and keep your order number for future reference. You will also receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. If the confirmation screen is not displayed, or you do not immediately receive an e-mail confirmation, contact Customer Service

  5. Receive your new children's clothing in just a few days!

Placing an order by phone or Fax

You can place an order by phone if your browser does not support encryption technology or if you simply prefer to order by phone. Telephone orders can be placed toll free on our order line 1-888-575-9303. Operators are available Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

At the shopping basket, click on the "Order by Telephone" button. After you complete the shipping information form, click on the "Next" button. Your basket number and the toll free phone number will be displayed on the Final Telephone Approval page. Please print this page and keep it for future reference. Call the toll free ordering number and a WebClothes.com operator will take your payment information and complete your order.

We recommend that you do not keep items in a shopping cart longer than 24 hours because items in a cart are not held from inventory and can and do become sold out at any given time. Therefore, WebClothes.com stores baskets for only three days after being assigned a basket number. If you try to access a basket after three days from the time it is assigned a number, it will not be there. You will need to start the purchase process again by selecting items and placing them in a shopping cart.

The toll free order line is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. If an operator is not available, please leave a message with the basket number, your name and phone number. An operator will return your call, to complete the purchase.

You can also place an order by Fax . Print and complete the Fax Order Form and fax it to WebClothes.com at (607) 662-0144. You will receive confirmation and the order total by fax or e-mail.

Large Order/Retail Restock Fee

Although we don't sell wholesale per se, we do sell to retailers. Occasionally, there may be a need to return an entire order within 30 days. In the event an order needs to be returned, there will be a 20% restocking fee taken from the refund due for the returned order. A 20% restocking fee may also apply to large customer orders. Please call Customer Service if there are any questions about a large return.

Shipping Information

Standard Shipping:

WebClothes.com uses UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for "Standard Shipping" to the 48 contiguous states with street addresses. WebClothes.com strives to ship Standard orders within 24 hours of placement. Standard shipping orders should be delivered in approximately 5 to 10 business days. Standard shipping is not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii or US territories (these areas should select their own specific shipping method in the pull-down menu during checkout). Shipping may take longer during holiday seasons, back to school, or sale times.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping is available to the 48 contiguous states with street addresses. Expedited orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day but may take up to 4 days total to allow for processing. Please call our Customer Service department or make a note in the customer comment section during checkout if you need your order before the entire 4 days. Shipping may take longer during holiday seaons, back to school, or sale times.

Standard AK/HI/POBox/APO/FPO/USTerritorries:

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO bases, and all US Territories will be shipped via Priority Mail. Please allow approximately 5-10 days for delivery. Shipping may take longer during holiday seasons, back to school, or sale times.

Expedited AK/HI:

Expedited shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii by selecting AK/HI Expedited for the shipping method. Deliveries take approximately 2-4 days. Service not available to all areas. Shipping may take longer during holiday seasons, back to school, or sale times.

Overnight Shipping:

Overnight shipping is available to most areas in the continental United States. Overnight deliveries must be signed for. If no one is home to sign for the package, UPS will not leave the order but will reattempt another day. Orders received after 12 noon EST will ship on the next business day. Saturday delivery is not available. Any order placed on Friday (before 12 noon EST) with Overnight shipping will be delivered on the following Monday and will be considered Overnight and charged accordingly.

International Shipping:

WebClothes will ship to Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malta, South Korea, Barbados, and Bahamas. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions about shipping to your country. Because each country has different shipping methods, rates and documentation requirements, we calculate the international shipping charges individually for each order. Therefore, the shipping charges will not appear on the Final Purchase Approval or the confirmation e-mail. WebClothes.com will advise the sender by e-mail of the actual shipping costs at least 36 hours before filling the order. International orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service International Airmail. Delivery outside the US takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Exact delivery is dependent upon the postal service in the destination country. A $4.50 handling fee is charged to orders shipped to addresses outside the US. Shipping and handling fees do not include any international duties, customs import fees or taxes. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information about additional fees or requirements.

Local Pickup Service:

Local NY customers or customers passing through our neck of the woods have the option of placing an order and selecting our "Local Pick-Up" shipping method. This option removes the shipping cost. Orders are ready for "Local Pick-Up" the following business day after they were placed from 12 noon to 5pm EST and any other business day from 9am to 5pm EST. We are always ready to accommodate a rush pick up or make other arrangement if necessary. Please call 607-662-0141 for special accommodations.

Directions: WebClothes is located at 165 S Main Street on the corner of Main and Huntington. When exiting Route 81, follow signs for Route 13 South to Main Street. Take a left on Main Street and watch for the large brick building on your left (corner of Huntington). We are located under the blue awning.

Shipping Changes:

WebClothes.com reserves the right to provide revised shipping charges after orders are submitted for larger or irregularly shaped orders (those that contain umbrellas, gift baskets, books, etc). Free shipping offers do not apply to revised orders. Any order with an invalid shipping method selected will be defaulted to Standard shiping for that area and Standard shipping raqtes will apply.

Insurance:

All merchandise shipped by WebClothes.com is insured. WebClothes.com is responsible for your shipment until it arrives at its destination. Should the merchandise arrive with apparent physical damage, please advise the carrier of the damage and notify WebClothes.com immediately. All Standard shipments should arrive within 4 days. All other domestic shipments should arrive within two weeks. If you do not receive your package in the time specified, please notify WebClothes immediately. Recovery and replacement is time sensitive. Claims cannot be filed on orders over two weeks old from the shipment date.

If you find a lower price on an identical item in stock with another authorized online reseller within 15 days of your invoice date, WebClothes.com will refund the difference plus $1.00 upon verification. E-mail your order number, a product description, the name and URL address of the other retailer and proof of price to CustomerService@WebClothes.com. The low price guarantee does not apply to manufacturers, other resellers' liquidations, closeouts or below-cost loss leaders.



Returns and Refunds

WebClothes.com guarantees all of the merchandise we sell. Items may be returned (in original condition) for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping), or an online store credit or an exchange. Original condition means the item includes the manufacturer's tags, is free from soil and has not been worn or washed. An online store credit will be given for items returned without original tags. Please note: Swimwear and underwear are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned.
